A federal agency whose primary mission is to strengthen Russia’s humanitarian influence around the world. The organization is represented in 80 countries by 87 overseas offices. Since 2021, they have been informally known as “Russian Houses.”
Among the Agency’s most important areas of activity are promoting Russian education, science, and culture abroad; strengthening the position of the Russian language; supporting compatriots around the world; assisting international development; and youth diplomacy. Within Russia, we work with regions and help them establish ties with other countries in the fields of education, science and technology, culture, and economics. Rossotrudnichestvo also provides informational support for the State Program to Assist the Voluntary Resettlement to Russia of Compatriots Living Abroad.

Omsk Oblast is a federal subject of the Russian Federation in southwestern Siberia. It is part of the Siberian Federal District and the West Siberian economic region. It borders Kazakhstan to the south, Tyumen Oblast to the west and north, Novosibirsk Oblast to the east, and Tomsk Oblast to the northeast.
Its area is 141 140 km², which is 0,82 % of Russia's territory. By this measure, the oblast ranks 28th in the country. The administrative center is the city of Omsk.

The authorized executive authority of the Kurgan Region responsible for implementing the regional program is the Department of Social Policy of the Kurgan Region (hereinafter, the Department). The Department’s Foreign Partnership Sector serves as the program coordinator (190 M. Gorky St., Kurgan, tel.: +7 (3522) 24-16-42; working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., break: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

The All-Russian public organization, the Association of Lawyers of Russia, was established on 22 December 2005 as a result of the merger of the Russian Union of Lawyers and the Union of Lawyers of Russia, which shared common goals and objectives. 
The main goals of the ALR are: 
– to promote the establishment of a rule-of-law state in the Russian Federation; 
– to enhance the prestige of the legal professions and foster lawyers who strictly observe the provisions of the law and the standards of professional ethics; 
– to help create conditions for the active professional and public engagement of its members; 
– to strengthen the legal framework for lawyers’ work and their social and legal protection; 
– to develop comprehensive cooperation among lawyers and help strengthen ties between legal scholarship, education and practice. 
The Association conducts its activities with a focus on addressing socially significant challenges, enhancing legal culture and education, and ensuring citizens’ constitutional rights. 
Members of the ALR may include Russian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons with a legal education, as well as public associations of lawyers that are legal entities and that participate directly in the work of the Organization, share its goals and objectives, and comply with the requirements of the ALR Charter. 
The Commission on the Activities of the Bar and Notaries operates actively within the Association of Lawyers of Russia. It is chaired by the President of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation. 

The Russian World Fund for the Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Citizens Abroad.
Main areas of activity of the fund:
- assistance in obtaining legal and consulting services for citizens and entrepreneurs located outside their homeland;
- assistance in obtaining legal and consulting services for international students and migrant workers in the Russian Federation;
- assistance with consular legalization of documents for countries that have not signed the Hague Convention;
- consolidation of Russian-speaking communities and entrepreneurs abroad;
- assistance in bringing together Russian-speaking attorneys, lawyers, and human rights advocates;
- assistance with liability insurance for Russian citizens and entrepreneurs abroad.

Established by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the Fund began its work on 1 January 2012. The founders of the Fund are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo).
The Fund’s aim is to provide Russian compatriots with comprehensive legal and other necessary support when their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests are violated, in accordance with the universally recognized principles and norms of international law in the field of human rights.
The Fund carries out its activities in the interests of developing democracy and social justice, respecting the rights and freedoms of individuals and national minorities, improving relations between individuals and society, and between individuals and the state, and fostering civic consciousness.
Targeted legal assistance to individual compatriots and human rights organizations is provided through grants and subsidies; the procedure and terms for their provision can be found in the relevant sections of the website.

The “We Are Everywhere” information portal is part of the larger project by the Women’s League of Journalists and Bloggers, “Media League Without Borders.” This project was created for 149 million Russians and 20 million compatriots living abroad, outside their historic homeland.
We want to create a shared media space for compatriots and Russians where we can learn more about one another; understand how our diaspora abroad lives, and introduce it to the lives of people in Russia. In addition, the website tells the story of the process of compatriots relocating to Russia. We describe the broader context of the international situation against which the process of uniting Russians within the country and members of our diaspora abroad is taking place.

Since 2007, the State Program to Facilitate the Voluntary Resettlement of Compatriots, approved by Decree No. 637 of the President of the Russian Federation, has been implemented in the Kaliningrad Region. The program is aimed at supporting people resettling and helping them adapt more quickly to their new home.
The institution responsible for implementing the State Program in the region is the State Public Institution of the Kaliningrad Region, “Compatriot Center for Assistance with Resettlement.” In 2024, the Baltic Lighthouse Service Center began operating as part of the institution, providing compatriots with targeted support at every stage of their move.
The “Baltic Lighthouse” is a specialized center where people resettling can receive:
- Housing* – temporary accommodation at the Temporary Accommodation Center
- Document consultations – assistance with obtaining a residence permit and citizenship
- Employment – assistance with finding a job
- Educational programs – information about universities and colleges
- Social benefits and allowances

The Public Chamber of Pskov Oblast facilitates interaction between citizens and non-profit organizations and public authorities and local self-government bodies.
The priority goals of the Public Chamber’s work are to promote the development of civil society, reconcile interests, implement civic initiatives, and shape public opinion on the most important issues of the region’s economic and social development. 

In 2014, thousands of volunteers and independent volunteers traveled to Donbas, and later established the Interregional Public Organization for Humanitarian Assistance “Russian World.”
The organization’s mission is to provide assistance to compatriots in Donbas and in other regions of the world where Russian-speaking populations face discrimination. Its key goal is to unite the peoples of Russia, Russian-speaking citizens abroad, and supporters of traditional values around the world.
The organization has officially operated since 15.11.2021 and today has branches in 13 regions of Russia (Moscow, Moscow Region, Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region, Tatarstan, DPR, Yaroslavl Region, Saratov Region, Bryansk Region, Vladimir Region, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Perm Territory,  Orenburg Region) – it has brought together many people who have been providing assistance to Donbas since 2014.
The work of the “Russian World” project was recognized with the #WEARETOGETHER international award, established on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Among a large number of leaders of socially significant initiatives, the organization was awarded 2nd place on December 5, 2022.
Over the entire period of its activity, hundreds of thousands of people have received assistance, including civilians in the combat zone, widows with children, people with disabilities and orphaned children, military personnel, and volunteers. Public charity events are held regularly, aimed at interethnic and interfaith unity and promoting the ideas of the “Russian World” in Western countries.

“Window on Russia” is a project dedicated to Russian culture, history, and the study of the Russian language. Our mission is to help you discover Russia’s history, traditions, and achievements.
Our project is available in several foreign languages, and we also help users from abroad learn Russian.
We also provide foreigners with all the latest information on matters related to Russia: how to obtain a visa, enroll at a Russian university, and find a job in the country.

An association of bakers and confectioners in Russia, established to protect the professional and economic interests of entrepreneurs working in the small and medium-sized baking and confectionery sectors. The Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners is guided in its activities by the principles of voluntariness and democracy and is open to new members.
Main objectives:
- developing the infrastructure of small and medium-sized baking enterprises in Russia;
- reviving national corporate traditions of professional baking and the production of flour-based confectionery.

We are a team of community activists, government officials, businesspeople, students, and members of the expert community. We want our country to be the best place to live on this planet, and for us to have many friends around the world.
