Privacy Policy

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

  • 1.1.1. “Site Administration” authorized employees responsible for managing the site Put Domoy , who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data and determine the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on personal data.
  • 1.1.2. “Personal Data” any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (the personal data subject).
  • 1.1.3. “Processing of Personal Data” any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating (amending or changing), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
  • 1.1.4. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” the requirement that must be observed by the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data, not to disclose it without the consent of the personal data subject or another lawful basis.
  • 1.1.5. “Put Domoy Website” a collection of interconnected web pages hosted on the Internet at the unique address (URL): Put Domoy , as well as its subdomains.
  • 1.1.6. “Subdomains” – pages or a collection of pages located on third-level domains and belonging to the Put Domoy website, as well as other temporary pages that display the Administration’s contact information at the bottom
  • 1.1.7. “Put Domoy Website User” – a person who accesses the Put Domoy website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products on the Put Domoy website.
  • 1.1.8. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page on the relevant website.
  • 1.1.9. “IP address” – a unique network address of a host on a computer network through which the User accesses Put Domoy.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By using the Put Domoy website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms for processing the User’s personal data.

2.2. If the User does not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Put Domoy website. Put Domoy does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access through links available on the Put Domoy website.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

3. Scope of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the Administration’s obligations to not disclose and to protect the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the Administration’s request when registering on the Put Domoy website or subscribing to the informational email newsletter.

3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by completing forms on the Put Domoy website and includes the following information:

  • surname, first name, and patronymic;
  • contact telephone number;
  • email address;
  • place of residence (if necessary);
  • photograph (if necessary).

3.3. Put Domoy protects data that is automatically transmitted when you visit pages:

  • IP address;
  • cookie information;
  • browser information;
  • access time;
  • referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may prevent access to parts of the website.

3.3.2. Put Domoy collects statistics on its visitors' IP addresses. This information is used to prevent, detect, and resolve technical issues.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (browsing history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is stored securely and not disclosed, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.

4. Purposes for collecting the user's personal information

  • 4.1.1. To identify the User registered on the Put Domoy website for subsequent authorization.
  • 4.1.2. To provide the User with access to personalized data on the Put Domoy website.
  • 4.1.3. To communicate with the User, including sending notices and requests concerning use of the Put Domoy website, and processing the User's requests and applications.
  • 4.1.4. To determine the User's location for security purposes and fraud prevention.
  • 4.1.5. To verify the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.
  • 4.1.6. To create an account for using parts of the Put Domoy website, if the User has consented to account creation.
  • 4.1.7. To send email notifications;

  • 4.1.9. With the User’s consent, to provide special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Put Domoy website.

5. Methods and periods for processing personal information

5.1. The User’s personal data shall be processed indefinitely by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems, with or without the use of automated tools.

5.2. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized government authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration may choose not to notify the User of such loss or disclosure.

5.4. The Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

5.5. The Administration and the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The User has the right to:

  • 6.1.1. Freely decide whether to provide the personal data required to use the Put Domoy website and consent to its processing.
  • 6.1.2. Update or supplement the personal data provided if that information changes.
  • 6.1.3. The User has the right to obtain information from the Administration concerning the processing of their personal data, unless this right is restricted under federal laws. The User may request that the Administration correct, block, or delete their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, and may take any measures provided by law to protect their rights. To do so, it is sufficient to notify the Administration at the E-mail address specified.

6.2. The Administration is obligated to:

  • 6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
  • 6.2.2. Keep confidential information secret; not disclose it without the User’s prior written permission; and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
  • 6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedures generally used in business practice to protect this type of information.
  • 6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the time of receipt of a request or inquiry from the User, their legal representative, or an authorized personal data protection authority, pending verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The Administration, if it fails to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User as a result of the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

  • 7.2.1. Became publicly available before disclosure;
  • 7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Resource Administration;
  • 7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

7.3. The User is fully responsible for complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, the protection of copyright and related rights, and the protection of trademarks and service marks, and is fully responsible for the content and form of materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that the person who provided any information (including, but not limited to, data files, texts, etc.) to which the User may have access as part of the Put Domoy website is responsible for that information.

7.5. The User agrees that information provided to them as part of the Put Domoy website may be intellectual property protected by rights belonging to other Users, partners, or advertisers who post such information on the Put Domoy website.
The User may not modify, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part), except where these actions have been expressly authorized in writing by the owners of such Content under the terms of a separate agreement.

7.6. Text materials (articles and publications) that are freely available to the public on the Put Domoy website may be distributed provided that a link to Put Domoy is included.

7.7. The Administration shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure, or inability to save any Content or other communication data contained on or transmitted through the Put Domoy website.

7.8. The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from: the use or inability to use the website or individual services; unauthorized access to the User’s communications; or any statement or conduct by a third party on the website.

7.9. The Administration shall not be liable for any information posted on the Put Domoy website by a user, including, but not limited to, copyrighted information posted without the copyright holder’s express consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before filing a claim in court in connection with disputes arising from relations between the User and the Administration, the parties must submit a written or electronic claim proposing voluntary resolution of the dispute.

8.2. Within 30 calendar days of receiving the claim, the recipient must notify the claimant in writing or electronically of the outcome of its review.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court of Stavropol.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect when it is posted on the Put Domoy website, unless otherwise provided in the revised version of the Privacy Policy.
