Relocation to Russia under the Agreement with Turkmenistan

International agreements exist that protect your rights and simplify the relocation process. These agreements grant the right to relocate and provide a simplified procedure for obtaining a residence permit.

Thus, if you are planning to relocate to the Russian Federation and are a citizen of a country with which Russia has agreements regulating the resettlement process and protecting the rights of settlers, your path to obtaining permanent residence in the Russian Federation will be significantly shortened and simplified.

Residence permit for a foreign citizen relocating to the Russian Federation for permanent residence in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation regulating the resettlement process and protecting the rights of settlers

• citizens of Turkmenistan relocating to the Russian Federation for permanent residence in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation regulating the resettlement process and protecting the rights of settlers.

Requirements for completing the application

The application must be completed on A-3 paper, legibly by hand in Russian in block letters using a ballpoint pen with black or blue ink, or using technical means, without blots or corrections

(in the latter case, we recommend bringing a flash drive containing the completed application)

Items 3 and 7 of the application must be completed in accordance with the entries in the applicant's identity document

‼️ The presence of adult family members (aged 18 and over) is mandatory when submitting the application!
