Information for carriers and everyone planning to cross the border in Kaliningrad

The Kaliningrad branch of the Federal State Institution «Rosgranstroy» announces scheduled maintenance of transformer substations and incoming distribution devices at a number of checkpoints on the Russian-Lithuanian and Russian-Polish sections of the border.

Due to a complete power shutdown, traffic through the above checkpoints will be temporarily suspended during the following periods according to the schedule from 09.00 to 13.00 (local time):

▶️Sovetsk MAPP – September 30; 
▶️ Chernyshevskoye MAPP – October 5;
▶️ Nesterov Railway Checkpoint – October 7; 
▶️ Mamonovo (Grzechotki) MAPP – October 14;
▶️ Bagrationovsk MAPP – October 16;
▶️ Kaliningrad MPP (section in the city of Baltiysk) – October 21.

During these periods, traffic through the checkpoints will not be possible. At all other times — operations will proceed as usual.
