Issuance of completed international passports in Berlin, applications for which were submitted for processing in Bonn
The Consular Section of the Embassy of Russia in Berlin informs
October 3, 2026 at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Russia at
Behrenstraße 66, 10117 Berlin
will arrange the issuance of completed international passports, applications for which were submitted directly to the Consulate General of Russia in Bonn.
❗️Collection of a completed passport is possible only by prior appointment via the online service berlin.kdmid.ru.
Before booking an appointment, you must check whether the passport is ready using the application number shown on the document receipt (the website should show 100% readiness).
🔴 The passport is issued to the applicant in person.
You must bring the passport to be replaced, or a passport that is not to be cancelled—in the case of applying for a second passport; an internal passport (if available) or, if none of the above documents is available, another identity document.
🔴A minor’s passport is issued to the legal representative named in the application.
To collect it, you must present the child’s birth certificate, the child’s passport (if available), and the applicant’s passport. Children aged 14 or older must be present. Children under 14 are not required to be present.

‼️ Applications for international passports submitted to the Consulate General in Bonn with a completed request to have the passports sent by post, accompanied by prepaid stamped envelopes bearing the return address, are held at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Russia in Berlin; these passports will be sent to the recipients by post.
