Kaluga Through the Eyes of Relocators. Day 2: Discoveries, Interviews, and a Food Festival
Kaluga is known for its ideal balance: it is a powerful industrial hub, the birthplace of space exploration breakthroughs, and a welcoming region with affordable housing and capital-city-level education. For those relocating, Kaluga Region offers an excellent compromise between career and comfort.
Today is the second day of our press tour, and the program is just as packed. Potential impatriates and compatriots always have many questions, and it is difficult to assess a region in just a couple of days. That is why we try to showcase the region's capabilities as fully as possible. Today's itinerary brings together education, history, and culture. We will assess the student potential at K.E. Tsiolkovsky Kaluga State University, visit Tikhonov Hermitage Monastery, stroll along the promenade of the Yachensk Reservoir, and soak up the atmosphere of the "Kaluga.Street.Food" festival.
The main event of the day was a meeting with the ambassadors of the impatriation project. We will be able to ask Nikolai Aleksandrovich Andreyev questions; he can explain in detail how the regional department helps people relocating in practice.
