Many of our compatriots considering returning home or moving to Russia ask themselves: "What awaits my children here? Do they have a future in the face of new challenges?"

As an organization that helps people resettle every day, we see the situation from the inside. And our answer is unequivocal: today, Russia has created one of the most comprehensive systems for supporting young people. Unfortunately, the media rarely write about this, though they should. We decided to share a few dry, but nonetheless, facts.

In Russia, education has long since ceased to mean simply sitting at a desk; it has moved beyond school walls. Today, the state is investing enormous resources to ensure that children's talents are developed as early as possible.

"Sirius" and "Quantoriums" - free technology parks and centers for gifted children operate across the country. A child from any family can study robotics, neurotechnology, journalism, microbiology, or classical music using world-class equipment.

"The Movement of the First" is not just an organization, but a vast network of communities where teenagers find like-minded people and learn leadership and volunteering. Needless to say, patriotism is a natural part of these organizations.

By the way, many are surprised to learn that in Russia, a 20-year-old student can receive one million rubles to bring their project to life. But this is the reality of "Rosmolodezh.Grants". This is a transparent support system. Have an idea for a social project, startup, or creative festival? Submit an application, and the state will provide funding to make it happen. In addition to programs like these, there are a number of gatherings, such as "Mashuk," where you go with like-minded people to meet, present your project, and attract attention. That's where you can also get a grant.

The Russia - Land of Opportunity platform - offers dozens of competitions ("Leaders of Russia," "Your Move," "Big Change"), where prizes include not only money, but also mentorship from top ministers and heads of state corporations, as well as guaranteed internships.

"Young people need stability," you might say. Fair enough!

Russia is currently actively restoring the prestige of skilled trades and engineering professions. College students are assigned to companies from their first year, where guaranteed jobs with decent salaries await them. And targeted education today is also a way to get an education and secure stability.

For those who decide to start a family, there are preferential lending programs and maternity capital, which is regularly indexed.

However, government initiatives often look like dry figures in reports. But behind the 66 billion rubles allocated for youth policy in 2025 are thousands of new youth centers, modern coworking spaces in small towns, and free educational forums from Crimea to Kamchatka.

Russia today is a place where young people are not left to fend for themselves. Initiative is valued here, traditions are respected, and tools for growth are provided.

If you are planning to move and are worried about your children's future, know that they are welcomed here not merely as "new citizens," but as those who will build the future of a great country. And they will have everything they need to build it.
